Please kindly note all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

There may be rare cases where the PAPER THEATER paper craft kit is missing a sheet/piece, please contact me at craftwithlava@gmail.com along with pictures of the entire kit laid out and identify which sheet is missing. We will contact the manufacturer for the replacement of the missing piece. In most cases, you do not need to send anything back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and will not be returned.

Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, assembly services, or personalized items). Please note each assembly service is handmade by our model maker and may come with some imperfections. Please only purchase assembly service if you are okay with potential handmade flaws.
