If your order consists both in stock and pre-order / order upon request items, We will have to wait until all items have arrived so that they can be shipped together. Please make separate orders if you would like them to be shipped separately.

If you've purchased Gold Shipping, you can track your order here or here using the tracking number provided by us. All other shipping methods are unfortunately untrackable. You'd have to wait patiently for the order to arrive. We recommend you to purchase Gold Shipping so you can rest assure where your parcel is located!

All orders with in-stock kits will take 3-5 business days to prepare and dispatch. But due to the nature of proxy services, not all items available for sale on Craft With Lava are in stock. We only have limited stock. Hence, most orders are treated as order request, and may take 10-25 business days to prepare.

Very rarely, the manufacturer might have missed a sheet when preparing the PAPER THEATER kit. Please contact us at craftwithlava@gmail.com along with pictures of the entire kit laid out and identify which sheet is missing. We will contact the manufacturer for the replacement of the missing piece. In most cases, you do not need to send anything back.

We try our best to reduce, recycle, and reuse. We mainly use paper envelopes for most flat orders, and biodegradable plastic mailers for big orders. Some packages may reuse cardboard boxes, packets, and or bubble wraps. Please recycle and dispose our packaging materials accordingly. Let's try our best to help the environment by reducing waste!

If you have placed multiple orders, we may sometimes combine them into one package to help reduce potential carbon footprint caused by air freights.
